Shipping

Domestic: all packages within the U.S. will be shipped with the postal service. (First class or Priority)
                First Class Mail (2 to 6 days) (longer times now due to COVID)
                Priority Class Mail (1-5 days) (longer times now due to COVID)
                UPS Ground (1-5 days)

International: all packages outside the U.S. will be shipped with Fedex International

• Rates vary with each country and weight of items.
• Duties/taxes are charged by each country, not by TWSBI Inc. (Please be respectful of duties/taxes)
• For packages shipped by FedEx, if a package is returned or if the address is corrected by FedEx due to an incorrect address, or if a package is addressed to a PO BOX, we reserve the right to charge an address correction fee as Fedex will charge us. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping charges again if they would like the package re-shipped. The original shipping charges will not be refunded, please double check your address and remember to input a contact number(Fedex international shipping needed).

Shipping prices are set by USPS and Fedex directly.
